Jason Pickett

President & CEO

Mr. Pickett is the President & CEO at 3E Infrastructure where he is responsible for leading the operational and strategic direction of 3E and its family of companies. Jason brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the utility and infrastructure services industry, enhancing his ability to drive the strategic vision for 3E Infrastructure.

Mr. Pickett has a diverse background in utility construction services, mergers & acquisitions, utility rate making, post-acquisition integration and designing and executing complex growth strategies. Prior to joining the 3E Infrastructure team, Jason was the President & CEO of Peak Utility Services Group and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to that, Mr. Pickett was the President of SiteWise Gas Contracting and held numerous leadership and technical positions at Kinder Morgan.

Jason graduated from Washburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is actively involved in multiple industry associations such as American Gas Association, Southern Gas Association & Distribution Contractors Association. Away from work Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, listening to music and playing golf.
